Services Fees and Payment

Fee schedule

Full payment for services is required at time of service.  Cash, check, Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards including Health Savings Account cards are accepted forms of payment.

If you have financial hardship and cannot pay the full fee for needed therapy, therapy is offered at a reduced rate.

Insurance

I am not on any in-network private insurance panels due to private insurance companies failure to pay timely for services rendered and their billing procedures that drive up the cost of therapy.

However, most mental health insurance coverage policies have open enrollment or allow clients to access out of network providers.  If this applies to you, I will file for reimbursement from your insurance company. 

 
Among the insurance plans I file claims with are Blue Cross Blue Shield, North Carolina State Health Plan, Cigna, Aetna, Magellan, United Health Care, United Behavior Health, Tricare Healthnet, and others.
